CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A key stretch of the Tennessee Riverwalk is back open, with upgrades designed to handle more people near Chattanooga’s new ballpark.
The city says the Riverwalk and the West 26th Street trailhead, located outside Erlanger Park in the Foundries District, are now open after months of construction.
The Riverwalk now features new lighting and updated landscaping using native trees and materials reused from the former U.S. Pipe and Wheland Foundry site.
