CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — While Erlanger Park itself is ready for visitors, the surrounding South Broad District still has a ways to go in terms of development.

According to its website, the district will incorporate the original foundry buildings into a mixed-use development.
But that vision seems far away as developers have yet to break ground on some of those buildings…
