Attorney: ‘He didn’t have to die’ in deadly I-75 crash tied to Amazon lawsuit

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A family is pushing for answers as a lawsuit moves forward over a deadly crash on I-75 in East Ridge.

An attorney representing the family of Jeff Huggins says the crash should never have happened.

“This truck just slammed in the back of him, and the truck should have never been on the road,” said Atlanta attorney Chris Glover.

Glover represents Heather Huggins, whose husband was killed in the Mother’s Day crash last May…
