26-003627 – 400 BLK Bluebird Circle – Citizen Assist – Officers responded to this address after the homeowner found an unexpected guest sitting on his front porch. On scene, officers contacted the party who believed he was visiting the home of his friend. While speaking, it appeared he was the victim of advanced aging and became confused when attempting to locate his friend’s residence, which was found to be a few houses further up the road. ERPD contacted the friend and he along with the reporting party made arrangement to transport he and his vehicle to the correct location…
