SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tenn. — A noise complaint led deputies to what court documents call a large after-prom drinking party on Signal Mountain.
Deputies were called to a home on Wilson Avenue just after 1 a.m. on April 19th, according to a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office report.
