NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A new rent report from Zumper outlined how Tennessee’s top rent markets stack up against the national average and other markets regionally and nationally in 2026.
The report found that Nashville remains the priciest rent market in Tennessee, with Knoxville and Chattanooga among the middle of the pack nationally and Memphis ranking near the bottom of the 100 cities listed in the report.
