CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — We’re looking into Tennessee’s open carry law after some viewers questioned the arrest of a man in downtown Chattanooga who was seen carrying an AR-15 style gun.
An arrest report we obtained says before his arrest, people called 911 and reported a suspicious man trying to hide that gun in his waistband.
