CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Dozens of Chattanooga small businesses with expired beer permits will have more time to renew under an extended executive order from Mayor Tim Kelly.
This comes as the city works toward a permanent change aimed at preventing unintended lapses that can disrupt service to customers.
Mayor Kelly extended an executive order that provides a 90-day grace period for expired beer permits to be renewed while the administration prepares an ordinance change to streamline renewals.
