Contractor appeals US Army Corps termination of Chickamauga Lock contract

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Shimmick Corporation says it is moving forward to appeal the US Army Corps of Engineers’ termination of the contract to complete Chickamauga Lock replacement project.

In a statement on Shimmick’s website, the company announced it is formally appealing the contract’s termination.
