A vehicle crash has caused delays at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel Wednesday morning, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
The crash happened on I-664 southbound just past the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel on the Suffolk side around 6:18 a.m., where emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a guardrail.
