NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Three men have been charged in connection to a deadly triple shooting on Goff Street in Norfolk that happened on May 28, according to the Norfolk Police Department.

After the investigation, homicide detectives charged JaMarcus Rose-Flythe, 18, of Chesapeake, with voluntary manslaughter, attempted unlawful wounding and four counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling.
Detectives also charged Jaleel Huggins, 33, of Norfolk, with two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of use of a firearm. Rose-Flythe and Huggins are now being held at the Norfolk City Jail with no bond.
The third suspect, Cornelius Huggins, 37, of Norfolk, was charged with reckless handling of a firearm. He was released on a summons.

At around 11:21 p.m. on May 28, officers were called to the 800 block of Goff Street for a reported gunshot victim. The investigation uncovered that three people were shot during the situation.
