VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach sailor charged with murder in the death of a fellow sailor did not appear in court Thursday for his scheduled arraignment after remaining hospitalized with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to newly filed court records.
Quentell Lawrence, 22, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Natasha Forbes, 22.
