NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Thousands of people are ready for this weekend’s festivities in Norfolk and other cities in our area; some traveled over state lines to see specific ships for Sail250.
Tim Lynch traveled from Salisbury, Maryland, and was out at 9 a.m. to snag a great seat for the best view. He was here specifically for the tall ships.
