NORFOLK, VA. (WAVY) – After a great first day of festivities, those in downtown Norfolk say day two of Harborfest, Sail 250, and Juneteenth celebrations has been more of the same.
“I think it’s fantastic. Nothing keeps a good party from being missed,” said Linne Willis, an attendee at all 50 Harborfest celebrations, “this is definitely the biggest one I’ve ever seen.”
