NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Catherine Laventure said management at the Forest Lake at City Center apartment community, where she lives, failed to give her the parking permit decals she had repeatedly asked for.
And, on more than one occasion, it has resulted in her car being towed, costing her more than $1,000 to retrieve her vehicle just last month.
