Water leak displaces 50 residents of Suffolk apartment building

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – 50 occupants are displaced following a water leak at an apartment building in Suffolk Sunday evening.

According to officials, firefighters were dispatched at 6:38 p.m. to reports of a commercial building fire in the 300 block of South Saratoga Street. Reports indicate that residents had noted hearing alarms and seeing smoke on the fourth floor of the building.
