CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Jeffrey Leffel faced the music for his crimes in a Chesapeake courtroom Wednesday morning.
Leffel, a former Sentara Health maintenance worker charged with secretly filming people inside the healthcare company’s unisex restroom for years. It took place at the Sentara Family Medicine and Pediatrics facility off Edwin Drive in Chesapeake.
