PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Traffic was impacted by a vehicle crash on I-264 eastbound Thursday afternoon, according to VDOT.
The right lane and shoulder were closed for multiple hours.
Virginia State Police tell us that this was a single-vehicle crash with no reported injuries.
