Man pleads guilty in nonconsensual recording case

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A man has pleaded guilty to three charges relating to recording a person without their consent, according to the Virginia Beach Circuit Court. He was accused of recording a person in a bathroom at Crunch Fitness in May 2025.

Aloysius Marcus Albritton pleaded guilty on Monday to the following charges:

  • Eight counts of use of a peephole to view nonconsenting person,
  • Seven counts of unlawful creation of video of another,
  • One count of attempt unlawful creation of video to another

He is scheduled for sentencing on July 22…
