VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– Motorists can expect delays while police respond to a crash in the 3600 block of Indian River Road in Virginia Beach.
Police say both north and south bound lanes are shut down from Winston Ave and River Oak Drive. There is no estimated time for reopening.
