PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Virginia State Police have issued a senior alert for 68-year-old Arthur Andrew Fladger on behalf of the Portsmouth Police Department.
Officials say Fladger was last seen on Thelmar Lane in Portsmouth at 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
