NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Norfolk Sheriff’s Office and Police Department are investigating the in custody death of an inmate at the Norfolk City Jail that occurred Saturday night.
According to officials, 32-year-old Dajonthony Lomax was found unresponsive in his cell by staff at 11:17 p.m.
