SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Two people were taken to the hospital following an overnight multi-vehicle crash on Portsmouth Boulevard, according to Suffolk Fire and Rescue.
It happened Saturday in the 2000 block of Portsmouth Boulevard at approximately 2:45 a.m.
