Countertop Clash: Suffolk family at impasse with contractor over work not done

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Suffolk residents Wil and Dr. Justin Gravely-Strayhorn thought they had found their forever home for their three children.

As part of the agreement to buy the home, the sellers gave them $7,890 to replace a granite countertop that had a large crack.

The Gravely-Strayhorns found a contractor through Facebook, Westcoast Kitchen, which operated out of a building on Jensen Drive in Virginia Beach and also operates with a second website under the name, Onestop Kitchen.
