CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Chesapeake Police and Chesapeake Fire are at the scene of a fatal crash near Cavalier Boulevard at Holland Boulevard Wednesday evening, according to the Chesapeake Police Department.
The crash is being investigated as of around 8:43 p.m. on Sept. 2.
