NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man is injured after being stabbed by a 14-year-old boy in Norfolk early Sunday morning.
According to officials, units were dispatched to the 6600 block of Stoney Point South just before 2 a.m. following reports of an altercation with possible injuries.
