PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A new hands-on training center is coming to Portsmouth to address the growing shortage of skilled technicians.
Launched by Phillips Corporations, Phillips Workforce is new development division focused on accelerated, employer-aligned training for industrial and manufacturing employers. This new facility will be located in Portsmouth and is set to open in the fall.
