The Prince Edward County Grand Jury has indicted an Indiana man on two felonies and a misdemeanor in connection with a May 9 collision that killed a Cullen man.
Phillip Kliment Mitreski, 21, of Indiana, was indicted Sept. 1 on one count of felony involuntary manslaughter, felony driving while intoxicated-maiming and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated first-offense in connection with the crash on Back Hampden Sydney Road that claimed the life of 35-year-old James Anema Jr., according to the Virginia Judiciary online case database.
