VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Late Saturday night, Sept. 19, the Virginia Beach crews were dispatched after hearing reports of a house fire in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue.
When EMS, police, and the Virginia Beach Fire Department arrived at 11:38 p.m., they found a two-story home with heavy smoke and flames pouring out of the attic.
