CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Children’s Harbor is hosting its 18th annual Safe Harbor Awards Gala on Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Chesapeake Conference Center to celebrate those who invest in the children of Hampton Roads.
Proceeds from this fundraiser go to support early childhood education programs, playground development, and learning and technology resources.
