CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — South Military Highway is closed at the Gilmerton Bridge due to a bridge malfunction, the city of Chesapeake announced at 2:06 p.m. on Sept. 21.
Police are currently directing traffic, and there is no ETA for reopening yet.
