PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A large police presence is at a residence on Elliott Avenue in Portsmouth to execute a search warrant, 10 On Your Side confirmed.
WAVY’s Nick Broadway is currently at the scene, where he observed crime tape surrounding the front yard of a home and a mobile command unit.
