CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Motorists in Chesapeake can expect delays as crews respond to a crash.
According to city officials, Head of River Road is closed from Centerville Road going into Virginia Beach as crews respond to a vehicle crash.
The road is expected to reopen at 12:30 p.m.
