NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man was charged in connection with a shooting Tuesday night on eastbound I-64 at Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, according to Virginia State Police.
On Sept. 22, a dispatch call was received in reference to the caller being followed and vehicle being shot at by occupants in another vehicle on I-64 at approximately 10:15 p.m.
A preliminary investigation determined a Honda CRV struck a U-Haul pickup truck pulling a trailer then fled the scene. The U-Haul operator continued to follow the Honda and subsequently fired a shot that struck a vehicle that was in the U-Haul truck’s trailer…
