CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Outside lanes on northbound and southbound Battlefield Boulevard near Tilden Avenue are closed due to flooding, announced the City of Chesapeake at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 23.
Motorists should follow posted signs and use caution.
