NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A 28-year-old man was injured in a shooting early Thursday morning in Norfolk, according to police.
Officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim at the intersection of West 30th Street and Debree Avenue at approximately 2:25 a.m.
