CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A Guatemalan man was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Chesapeake on Wednesday, ICE confirmed to WAVY.
Persi Salmeron Hernandez was arrested during a “targeted enforcement operation.”
