CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Following the announcement of the club’s closure, 10 On Your Side requested data from Chesapeake Police on calls for service at Eagle’s Nest Rockin’ Country Bar.
In the past six months, officers responded to 182 calls for service at the bar. 67 calls were classified as crime prevention, which is officers arriving on scene to prevent criminal activity.

Moreover, records show 28 larceny calls, nine assault calls, eight medical assists and seven disorderly person calls. Other calls included vandalism, domestic complaints, fights, an armed subject, rape and a DUI.
Additionally, officials shared 15 firearms had been stolen from the bar or vehicles in its parking lot since March 1.
Earlier in September, Victoria Pipkin, 29, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for aggravated DUI manslaughter and DUI maiming.
