Owners of Eagles Nest taking legal action following ABC license suspension

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The owners of Eagle’s Nest County Rockin’ Bar in Chesapeake are taking legal action following the suspension of their ABC license.

According to documents, the license was revoked on September 22 after a fight started inside the bar and spilled into the shopping center parking lot. A patron was injured as a result of the fight.

This comes after Eagle’s Nest announced they were making changes by closing the club portion of the bar. Following the announcement, WAVY reached out to the Chesapeake Police Department for data which showed that, in the past six months, officers responded to 182 service calls at the bar.
