VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Dairy Queen on 17th Street and Atlantic Avenue at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront will close next fall after more than 30 years, its owner told 10 On Your Side.
“All good things must come to an end,” said Dairy Queen owner and former councilman Richard Maddox.
