VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Juan Xavier Armstrong, 47, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for fatally shooting his younger brother, 41-year-old Michael Armstrong, in Virginia Beach on April 8.
According to documents, Juan was staying at his brother’s residence, in the 600 block of Chancery Square.
