NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – A multi-vehicle crash on the MMMBT was causing major delays on I-664 South Thursday morning. According to VDOT, all south lanes were closed on the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel. Backups span miles. The north right lane and right shoulder were also closed. Virginia State Police worked to clear the roadways and get traffic flowing.
