Trader Joe’s Chicken, Lentil & Caramelized Onion Pilaf recalled due to possible foreign material

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Trader Joe’s is issuing a recall on their Chicken, Lentil and Caramelized Onion Pilaf due to a possibility of foreign material.

Foreign materials are defined by the National Institutes of Health as any non-food found in food products that may cause illness or injury to the consumer.

Trader Joe’s is urging customers who purchased the Chicken, Lentil and Caramelized Onion Pilaf (SKU# 75473) to return the product for a full refund or discard it as soon as possible.
