NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — A car fire on the James River Bridge is causing lane closures Thursday morning.
Just after 8 a.m., VDOT said due to the fire on the JRB, all southbound and northbound lanes were closed.
Circumstances surrounding the vehicle fire, including how it started, are unclear.
