PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth investigators are looking for a 15-year-old girl who they believe may have been abducted. Police say Niema Cassell was last seen around 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Godwin Street, between County and High streets. She’s about 4 feet 9 inches tall and 95 pounds, with long black or dark brown braids.
