SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A vehicle struck a power pole on Wednesday morning in Suffolk, causing the pole to nearly topple over. Suffolk Fire & Rescue said at 10:13 a.m. that they were on the scene in the 700 block of Kilby Avenue, which was closed between Linden Ave. and Cannon St.
