NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – On Tuesday, Oct. 1, Newport News police were called to the 600 block of Morris Drive to handle a domestic dispute after 9:40 a.m. But before they got there, the complainant called the police again: a woman claiming to be a relative of his nephew had taken the boy from their residence. According to police, he was following the woman in his vehicle.
