MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Virginia woman accused in a March 2022 shooting in Morgantown is expected to go to trial this week. Tracey Hamby, 47, of Suffolk, Va., has been charged with second murder in the shooting of Matthew Vaughn, of Charleston, at the Vangilder Street apartment complex in a family dispute.
