NORFOLK, Va. – A man has been arrested and charged in connection to a Thursday evening shooting in Norfolk, according to a press release from the city’s Police Department. Around 10:35 p.m. on Oct. 3, officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 800 block of Wide Street.
