Windsor farmer named to Cotton Board

Gov. Glenn Youngkin, on Oct. 25, announced the appointment of farmer James L. Babb III of Windsor to Virginia’s Cotton Board. The board consists of eight members appointed by the governor who can serve up to two consecutive three-year terms. The board is tasked with developing activities related to research, education, promotion and use of cotton.
